Potential deliverables
Outputs may include the following, subject to agreed scope and criteria.
Assessment process
Define the operation, assessment criteria and required evidence.
Examine documentation, competence records and operational arrangements.
Assess evidence, identify gaps and document findings.
Agree corrective actions and arrange follow-up where required.
Claims & independence
Transparency about what an engagement means is essential. Consultancy, readiness assessment, training and formal certification serve different purposes.
Advice and support to develop or improve medical arrangements.
Evaluation of evidence against an agreed scope and documented criteria.
Education and competence development; not a certification decision.
A future independent function, subject to a defined scheme and governance. Not currently offered.
Paying for consultancy does not guarantee certification. Any future certification function would require impartial assessment, documented criteria and independent decisions, with complaints, appeals, suspension and withdrawal procedures separated from consultancy delivery.
